We're currently negotiating a long-term lease to secure a great professional suite. • No Master Lease Stress: you will not have the responsibility of the master lease and will simple sublease your office directly from us. • The Suite: A quiet, private suite featuring windows and natural light in every office. 3 of the offices will have partial views to the mountains. The suite will have renovations for: carpet, paint, contemporary lights, contemporary window shades, verifying the HVAC works effectively, adding soundproofing between offices where possible, matching baseboards throughout the suite, professional sign by the entry-way door, etc. • The Offices: 6 offices, averaging about 136 SF each. The building has secured underground parking. • Shared Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, client waiting area w/ HEPA air cleaner, and a galley (sink, fridge, microwave, water filter). • The Agreement: A 1-year sublease that is renewable annually, with the goal of creating a long-term, stable home for our practices. The security deposit has a flexible payment option. • Monthly Rent: Estimated between $675 and $700 depending on the specific office (we are finalizing details).
