Office and Fitness Studio Sublet Available for Providers Serving LGBTQ Communities (DC) Dandelion Collective DC: a membership-based shared office dedicated to LGBTQ and allied human services providers (psychotherapists, psychiatric providers, speech/occupational therapists, bodyworkers, coaches/educators/consultants, attorneys, dieticians/nutritionists etc.). Our collective is ideal for someone looking to expand their practice and work within a supportive community of like-minded professionals. **Multicultural competency is required; however, you do not have to identify as LGBTQ to join.** The building features a relaxing waiting area for clients and a separate, private break area w/ kitchenette for providers. All offices come furnished and are move-in ready. Many of the offices are large enough to accommodate groups, trainings, and workshops. All restrooms are gender-neutral. Located on 14th St. NW (Washington, DC) just a 5 minute walk north of the Columbia Heights metro. Plenty of parking options available, including residential parking, with two very affordable parking garages within a 5-minute walk of the building. Members have access to: - FREE monthly group consultation for mental health professionals - Complimentary advertising services available (practice listing on our website and social media promo for events) - Communal resources to use on-site (ie.
