It is a 5 Office Suite With a Shared Waiting Room, Bathroom, and Kitchen. My Office Has a Large Closet, Windows With a Pretty View, and An Observation Window With a Separate Small Room. The Office for Sublet is On The 2nd Floor With No Elevator Access. The Sublease Would Begin As Early As April 2018 and is Available Through January 2019, With The Option Then to Take Over or Share The Lease With Other Tenants. I Am Asking $525 Per Month.
