Beautiful, spacious office in heart of DUMBO available for sublet Monday, Wednesday and Thursday before 7:00 pm. $350 monthly payment for one day, $600 for two days and $900 for three days. The office has huge windows and tons of natural light and is fully furnished. Additionally there is a conference room that can be booked for groups, although the office itself is big enough for a small group. There is a water cooler, tea and coffee for you and your clients. The building is also dog friendly, although I do not currently take advantage of this perk. It's a great space! The building is a very secure doorman building. The doorman leaves at 7:00 pm, but if you wish to have virtual appointments or do paperwork after 7:00 pm you can certainly do that. The office is also available for virtual meetings/admin on Saturdays and Sundays at $200 per day. Just to be clear for anyone who is new to subletting, whatever day (or days) of the week you choose to rent is yours for the whole month, so the $350 pays for 4-5 days per month. This always confused me when I was starting out!
