This is a lovely corner office in a 2-office suite, with a shared waiting room. The office was very recently renovated with high ceilings, so everything in the office is new -- new fixtures, flooring, furniture, etc. The office has 3 windows and is on the 21st floor, so it gets great light and has great views -- you can see the water & the Statue of Liberty! The suite is shared with one other psychotherapist, and is very quiet throughout the work days. The building is a large, elevator building with attentive supers, door people, and nightly cleanings, so it's well taken care of.
