My officemate is has moved away and I'm looking for another therapist who's interested in renting one or more of the newly vacant Friday to Sunday slots. Friday would be $300/month and Saturday and Sunday would each be $140/month. The office is on the 3rd floor of an office building that is mostly populated by other therapists. We're one office in a four-office suite with a shared waiting room and bathroom. The rental also includes access to a shared kitchen space on the 4th floor. This is an elevator building, but it also has a staircase that can be taken all the way up. The office space itself includes a large couch, two chairs, a coffee table, desk, and bookshelf. We're also set up with fast internet and a strong window A/C unit. The office is next to the Gramercy Theatre, is on the same block at the 23rd St-Baruch College 6 Station, and is just a couple blocks away from the 23rd St R/W Station. It's about a 5 minute walk to Madison Sq Park and 10 minutes to Union Sq. Lots of cafes and great restaurants around, both sit down and fast casual. The landlord is another therapist who works in the building and is easy to reach when something needs to be fixed. The office is also cleaned weekly.
