The commons area is cleaned nightly-The office is within a block of the following subways: ABCDEFM-Path Train-IRT Broadway 7th Ave Line (AKA: the 1-2-3 trains )- 2 1/2 blocks from the N & R & Lex Ave trains.The suite is in the Landmarked & well-known Bigelow Building and is 3 blocks from New York University as well as Washington Sq. Park. The neigborhood is charming, interesting, and vibrant 24-7. The office is available immediately and can be delivered either furnished or unfurnished.
