Clarity Health + Wellness offers fully furnished boutique therapy offices inside a 3,500 sq ft Fifth Avenue suite in a prestigious doorman building in Midtown / NoMad. If you’re looking for a professional, calming space to see clients in Manhattan, this environment was thoughtfully designed with practitioners in mind.
Clarity was created by therapists, for therapists, and operates as a curated professional community of pre-vetted clinicians. Rather than a traditional coworking office, our model is designed for practitioners who value professionalism, privacy, and a thoughtfully designed therapeutic setting for their clients.
Our suite includes 12 thoughtfully designed therapy offices with different seating arrangements to support a wide range of clinical needs. We offer one interior office ideal for individual sessions and practitioners seeking a more affordable option, ten standard rooms with natural light suitable for individual, couples, and family therapy, and one premium room with ample space and natural light that works well for individual sessions, group therapy, and psychological assessments. Depending on the room, offices comfortably accommodate between 3 and 9 people.
Practitioners can book rooms by the hour or reserve recurring weekly time blocks depending on their needs. Scheduling is handled through the Skedda booking platform, making it easy to view availability and manage reservations. EMDR kits are also available for practitioners who need them.
Inside the suite you’ll find sound-treated rooms with enhanced acoustic insulation, natural light, individual climate control, comfortable seating, white noise machines, high-speed Wi-Fi, printing and scanning, welcoming client waiting rooms, a therapist lounge, a kitchen for practitioners and clients, and space suitable for group work. The building offers doorman access during regular hours, and the suite features secure PIN-code entry.
Hourly room rates range from $35 to $50 depending on the room type. We offer off-peak discounts during select morning, evening, and weekend hours. Dedicated time blocks of four or more consecutive hours receive a $5 hourly discount; please note that dedicated blocks cannot be canceled.
To access hourly rentals, practitioners enroll in our On-Demand Membership ($25/month). This membership provides access to the booking system, the ability to reserve therapy rooms as needed, use of client waiting areas and kitchen, and access to building amenities.

Virtual Memberships start at $95 per month and include a DEA-approved New York business address for licensing and billing, secure mail collection, and licensed professional office photography.
Club Memberships start at $195 per month and include reduced hourly room rates, access to the therapist lounge and kitchen, listing in the member directory, referral opportunities, and invitations to community and professional development events.
