Hi, I have the opportunity to expand my practice and open a new four office suite with a shared waiting room in Flatiron. Before proceeding I wanted to get a sense of interest. The office spaces will be available for rent either full or part time and range in price from approximately $1850-$2600 monthly or $450-$575/day/month. Hourly rentals are also possible. Each office has a window or two, nice hardwood floors, and comes furnished (or unfurnished for full time renters if you prefer). Space will be available starting in October or November. I'm hoping to create a space where we can build a sense of community and expand our referral networks. I am also looking to hire psychodynamically oriented pre-licensed or newly licensed therapists.
