Office share open in Flatiron two days a week. Ideally Wednesday/Thursday but open to splitting them up. Optional availability open Friday's after 2pm and weekends. Office is at Broadway and 25th. It’s on a quiet floor (the 9th floor) with a shared waiting room for patients, and the floor is built with therapists in mind so it is extremely quiet. It is a small but very cozy space. $425 per day, Friday/weekend for additional but very small fee. The office is furnished, utilities are included. The floor includes bathrooms, a interior waiting room and a full kitchen, coffee/water machines. The office is accessed by keycard entry. All utilities included.
