Office one is 14X17 has large built in shelves and listed at $880/month. Office 2 is 14x15 and renting at $850/month. Rent will cover: -Utilities -Wifi/Fax/Phone. The phone will have an extension for you. If someone calls the office phone for you it will be rerouted to your cell phone. -Cleaning services 3x a week. -Check-in system. We have a locked door in the waiting room. Clients do not have access to the therapy area without being let in. The check-in system lets us know when they have arrived. -We have a website that you can be listed on if you'd like. -Referrals. -We keep coffee/water in the waiting area for the clients.
