Two Private Offices Close To Music Row

Hi! I am going to be renting out two unfurnished offices in the Music Row area starting in May. This would be great for mental health therapists, massage therapists, yoga/pilates instructors looking for a private studio, or real estate agents. I am open to other folks as well! I am a mental health therapist and work with kids, adolescents, and adults, and will be using one of the three offices. There is free street parking, a covered patio, and a parking lot with free parking. The two offices range from 280-432 square feet. There is also a furnished waiting room, kitchenette, and restroom. The offices are priced at $1300 per month per office. This includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, and wifi).
