Warm, spacious, tranquil rooms available for healing arts practitioners in Auburn and Granite Bay. There is a room in Granite Bay and one in Auburn for one practitioner to share the wellness space three days/week: Monday (Auburn), Tuesday (Granite Bay), Weds afternoon (Granite Bay) or Friday (1/2 or full day at either space). Possible more and/or a different day configuration can be worked out. All weekends are available for GB & some are available in Auburn. Office for rent- two options: 1. Office available full time in Auburn 2. Large office with sofa & chairs in either location. Rooms are fully furnished, including massage table in GB & also one of the Auburn rooms (can be removed if not needed). $200 for one designated day/wk (example: all Tuesdays) or two 1/2 days (either office) or 850 for your own full time designated office in Auburn office suite. $1150, if you'd like receptionist services available. This includes room rental, full use of office facilities, water & electricity, drinking water, Wi-Fi, common lobby (Auburn), bathroom & kitchenette space. The office has ample parking for you and your clients. Auburn or Placer County business license and liability insurance is required. The Auburn office is currently shared with only one therapist who offers: somatic psychotherapy, Integrative Medicine, & Craniosacral therapy. GB office also has a practitioner who offers Somatic therapies. Granite Bay office has a small kitchenette in corner of room. Please message for additional info and to arrange a time to see it. The two available rooms are equipped with Bluetooth music player& dimmable lamps are available. There is easy access to Auburn Folsom Rd for both offices. It is possible to split time between offices by renting different days in each. It's a great way to tap into multiple communities as you build your practice.
