I'm looking for someone to take over my lease - It's an amazing office space available in the heart of downtown Golden! Tuesdays/Thursdays until about 4:30/5pm. My lease runs until August 2027 but if folks are interested in longer, there will be opportunities to extend based on fit. It has a spacious waiting area that is shared by other private practice therapists, two bathrooms in the suite and large office space.
