Fully furnished, but can be provided unfurnished depending on your preference!
Ideal for group therapy, play therapy, couples counseling, or practitioners needing extra space. The extra space can be used for a desk or separate client area.

Clinician kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink
All utilities included (electricity, heat/AC, water/trash) Note: Tenant is responsible for their own internet.
