I have a therapy office available beginning July 1st for full-time lease in South Charlotte near the Arboretum Shopping Center (Providence and Pineville-Matthews Rd.). There are three other independent therapists in the suite, with four offices total. The office is on the first floor and is roughly 140 square feet, corner office, with two windows. It is in a highly desirable location and draws clients from all over the Charlotte area, including South Carolina. Internet, cleaning, trash service, and fax are included.
