Hi, everyone! I have new subleasing availability for my fully furnished office on 17th Avenue in Music Row. Inside this office is another separate play therapy room that's fully stocked with play therapy, sandtray, games, books, and art supplies. It's available for sublease on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for 1/2 a day (until 1:30 p.m.) and then Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for full days or 1/2 day options. We have other therapists in the building, including myself, renting out the other two offices or sharing this specific office part-time. Pricing includes the furnished office, cleaning of the office and shared spaces (waiting room, bathroom, hallway, kitchenette), coffee/water/tea for clients, wifi, and utilities. We have a free shared parking lot as well and a covered porch. It's a great neighborhood for Walk and Talk sessions as well. Pricing is $125 per month per 1/2 day (for example, if you rented Tuesdays for 1/2 a day, the total per month would be $125), $250 per full day (for example, if you rented Fridays for a full day, the total per month would be $250), and additional discounted rates if renting more than 1 full day (or two 1/2 days).
