Alexandria Counseling Collective has two beautiful therapy offices available in our suite in Old Town Alexandria overlooking the Potomac River. The space is home to the Alexandria Counseling Collective, a group of independent therapists who value the autonomy of private practice while also appreciating the connection and collegiality that comes from practicing alongside other thoughtful clinicians. Many therapists tell us they love private practice but miss the sense of community, consultation, and referral relationships that naturally develop in shared professional spaces. We intentionally try to foster that here.
